EZH2为甲基转移酶，与基因转录调控相关，该基因突变导致的肿瘤目前没有可用靶向药，可能有效的药物为Bromodomain抑制剂、DOT1L抑制剂等靶向表观遗传药物，以及靶向可变剪接体和RAS基因的药物。
